OVTune 3.5L Tacoma Supercharger and Twin Turbo Systems

In most cases it is easier to get a CARB Supercharger kit over a Turbo, is it in the cards the blower kit will be CA friendly?

Probably better off waiting for Magnuson in that case, CARB certification is very expensive which is why most companies don't do it.

 

Mat has said in the past something to the effect of him not having any plans to obtain CARB certification unless enough units sold to make it worth the time, effort, and cost

Maybe they finally accepted some sort of deal with @OVTune without sole ownership of tune/code or whatever that issue was

 

To be totally honest, Magnuson has spoken with me several times and have done nothing but give me a run around and waste my time.
I am sure they will have some prototype to show off though.
If they have something worthwhile in the end, we will make an unbeatable calibration for it.
Regardless, there are way better things coming out

 

Mat - this is why you're awesome - taking a competitor's product and make it even better! Plus I doubt that Magnuson will delve in to the transmission/torque converter modifications that you have.
