OVTune 3.5L Tacoma Supercharger and Twin Turbo Systems

We will see. Tuning is the biggest hurdle. I'd be really surprised to see it buyable in 2019

 

Price on the site, pictures of it installed and quick video of it driving. Did I miss something or have others done more than that?

Well you missed a dyno run of mat's twin turbos.

 

Our FI option isn't released (like any others yet). Some have pictures. One has picture + a 5 second drive video. One Has Video of dyno pull showing boost + Dyno results.

So I'd say it's about an equal playing field right now ^_^

 

Agreed. I think we were just a little excited to see some boosted options now available(we need power bad) And haven't had much update(we aren't rushing you!)
I'm down to buy a pair of lexus turbos and be a tester. Cost doesn't scare me.

 

If you really want the lexus TTs I'll provide you the set I have. But there's more to be done to make it work. Specifically the wastegate. It uses electronic open to closed method. It will have to have a closed to open canister type retrofitted.

Ok so the mid mounted setup is scrapped. Mid Mount just isn't what I want. I am glad I made it though so I can put the engine through some abusive testing.
The new setup is already under way and the twins are fitted up top. It's not the lexus turbos. I actually didn't order them specifically for the Tacoma. I ordered them because of the next gen Tundra. But They can be made to fit the tacoma without much work so there's that... but the price of them is so unrealistically stupid you'd think they were coated in gold or something.

 

You think a reputable bolt-on aftermarket turbo exists to replace those oem Lexus turbos?

 

@OVTune does this mean it is going to be possible to retain both cats?
