I have this on my truck and it's worth every penny.
    Super smooth brake application.

Just set it and forget it.

Mounted mine in left side cubby with the trim kit mentioned above.

    +1 for the Prodigy.

The only downside is it’s size.

The redarc looks really slick, although I can’t give any first hand experience with it.

The Redarc looks nice, but if I recall correctly, they are more than double the price of the Prodigy.

Another upside to the Prodigy... I can move it to another truck for the cost of a jumper harness.

Sounds like a challenge. Can the cubby (upper left) of the circled in your picture be popped out? I've been looking at the tekonsha for a long time and considering 3d printing something.

Yes. There’s a couple ways you can go about it. When I first bought the truck in early 16 there wasn’t a replacement cubby made to fit the P3, although someone now sells one. I took mine out and cut the rear out, then stuck the controller in the cubby. I found a replacement at the dealer when it comes time to replace the truck, However it seems more cost effective to just buy the cubby designed to fit the controller if you ever plan on taking it out when you sell the truck. It would cost less too.

I can’t remember where said cubby is sold, although I bet you could find it with a little googlefoo.

I put one in my 16, I just drilled a hole in the back of the cubby for the wiring and did some filing and shoved it in there. Worked fine for the 2 years it was there.

esp makes the mount most people use

Powermax turbos are installed. Fit very nicely. We are using different wastegates, so the kit will come with new wastegates that are adjustable by spring rates.
    Tuning starts on 6~7psi.

That's awesome. Maybe you mentioned it earlier, but was there a reason you decided to go with an air/air intercooler instead of air/water? Reduced cost/complexity?

I'm not really a fan of water to air intercooler setups on street / daily driven vehicles.
When the coolant gets warm, your temperature control is hindered. I've tuned some vehicles with OEM systems, and 4-5 high boost pulls is all it takes to get the temps hot.

Now I understand this is the system that is mostly used on OEM vehicles these days. It's not a bad option when properly designed, but it's more complex, more failure points, and the level and temperature of the coolant is CRITICAL to temperature control.
Something as simple as bubbles in the system will throw all cooling capacity out the window.
Now imagine you're crawling at a pretty steep incline, if the coolant flushes back to the reservoir and introduces bubbles into the lines, you cannot cool the boost.

Air to air is reliable, simpler, and less prone to failure.

On superchargers it's not as much of a problem. They don't create nearly as much heat as turbochargers because the turbocharger itself will be nearly as hot as the exhaust before boost is even introduced. So there is a native temperature increase on the air.

I think I remember that your initial Rotrex supercharger came with a water to air inter cooler. Will you offer the Rotrex with an air to air system for reliability and simplicity reasons?

Just be careful with your pets after you get these systems. You'll be grinning ear to ear and this can happen when you go a little too fast. :D

Will test from lower rpm soon.

Stock fuel system is fully taxed above 10 psi on these.

14psi peak at 3100 rpm (starting at 2500)

Spool on these is very very nice.
    Dyno reads 5-6psi @ 2000 rpm.

We're tuning it for 14psi peak on the big boy kit :)

Is this with stock injectors or is the fuel pump maxed out?
