So our change to the MAFT.
There will be single intake setup option (stock intake location).

We will be implementing a new temperature based ignition strategy for in boost ignition timing.
Our MAFT will now have a pre intercooler temperature sensor, post intercooler temperature sensor, and pre turbo ( stock maf ) temperature sensor.
Our MAFT will take a combined value through our temperature control formula to modify ignition while in boost.
Since the stock ecu normally cannot see CAT (charge air temps) our MAFT will do this and give the ecu to correct temperature data.

Since the stock vehicle also has no map sensor, our MAFT will now have a built in MAP (default MAPT option). Which it will use to read boost levels to modify our temperature control strategy.

In simple terms: we are making a change to it so that the ecu gets accurate temperature data from boost air temp and makes corrections based on boost pressure

I'm assuming the intake diameter would be larger to accomodate the need for more air from one source, as opposed to if you went dual-intake?

When you say option, do you mean that customers can choose dual vs single intake?

@OVTune another question, is your setup going to vent to atmosphere when you let off the boost or more of a BPV design and recirc released boost pressures back into the intake(s)? Or a 50/50 recirc/VTA? Just curious

Setup will not vent to atmosphere. Bypass valves are built into the compressor housings.

Currently we do not think this is required due to how the MAF works. if the MAF was voltage based for reading this would be necessary to rescale it and use a larger diameter tube. However this MAF 10khz square wave Freq based. So far it does not seem to be necessary to recalibrate.

    Information.

That being said, there's also one hell of a storm headed Mat's way. Don't be surprised if he doesn't post on the 15th

What will the boost gauge look like? Just curious if it will be analog or a digital display screen?
