If your customers have a problem with the turbos being too loud you don't need them as customers. That's commie hipster speak and they should be banished. Everyone loves choo choo noises.

Alrighty guys I plan to wrap this up by friday, and then send the manifolds off for casting.

I need to finish up some new wastegate brackets on the CNC.. then we will be looking into getting some turbo kits out into the wild.

Also..there will just be 1 intercooler option. No need to over complicate things.

You have no idea how happy this makes me. I was so close to calling it quits with this truck. I have had the money set aside for this project for quite awhile.

    first page has been updated.
Kit and fuel system has been split.
Powermax kit requires at a minimum, DI upgrade.
Base kit does not, but base kit + DI Upgrade = higher boost thresholds possible.
Powermax kit + DI upgrade alone is good up to 14psi
Powermax kit + D4-S + Intank is good up to = 22psi (ethanol, methanol required).

Excellent to hear! I hope the demand outstrips your supply... though that has its own headaches.

So just to clarify, the base kit is just as it was before but includes a new in tank pump now?

Yes. Base and powermax both have drop in fuel pump upgrade.

D4-S+ In Tank upgrade is a bigger fuel pump, upgraded DI injectors, upgraded Port injectors, and fuel pump controller

Is the boost controller still needed on the base kit for 10 psi tuning, or just the upgraded DI injectors? Also if it's both how would we go about adding the boost controller to our order if/when we decide to upgrade the DI injectors?

I don't plan to sell boost controllers.

    You can add your own

I know you highlighted “powermax kit requires at minimum, DI upgrade” but I have to ask anyways.
Is it possible to purchase the TT kit with the powermax turbos and set the boost via boost controller to a safe lower boost within the capability of the stock fuel system and upgrade the fuel system at a later date?
