Why would it not? It's the recommended transmission for the highest power kit according to Mat

@OVTune so the oil feed line will be connected to a 90degree fitting that screws into the drain of the oil pan? What about the return line?

@OVTune I got to say I am a little sad your ditching the gt2560r turbos. I am a garrett guy and was planning on getting them. Are the turbos used liquid cooled and if so where are you getting the coolant from? also what dose the intake system look like. I was planning on getting a snorkel and want to be able to adapt it to a air box of some sort.

He gets his new turbos setup this Tuesday. So we should see an update very “soon”

Where are people seeing these power levels per kit in this thread, cause I'm missing that entirely.

Are these just being extrapolated from the approximate supported HP of the turbos named? Cause I just searched on all of ovtune's posts and am not seeing any statement on powers available.

I don’t think you’ll need a snorkel or air box with this setup. The intercooler would take over the job of both of those. Any gains from those would probably be negligible IMHO.

Snorkels don't gain anything besides clearance from water/dust/dirt anyways

An intercooler cools the intake air after it has been pressurized by the turbo.

A snorkel elevates the air intake to a area where cool clean air can be obtained. They also prevent the intake from ingesting water in water crossing.

The “air box” will house a filter element.

Each has its own purpose in the air induction system.

Snorkels were originally designed for trucks that see a lot of dusty trail conditions, to pull cleaner/less dirty air from higher up..not originally intended for water crossings but they can help. Problem with that though is that most modern vehicles have so many sensors and electronics in the engine bay that a snorkel isn't going to save you if you submerge your front end, unless you're doing a lot more to protect against water than just a higher air intake.

Yeah that's not the primary use of snorkels. They're to get your intake up above dust and dirt and crap that will eat your filters alive. It's also good for relocating the stock intake when you go to 35s because otherwise your tires fling mud and gunk into it

That's my big concern with doing that with snorkels, you'll fry something electrical

I'm sorry to be "that" guy, but has there been any discussion on pricing? Didn't go through all 40 pages, but I sifted a bit and couldn't find any mention. Obviously it would be only a rough estimate if anything... $3-5k turn key?
