These have diverters in them to make sure to split the air across both top and bottom. Non diverted styles are not wanted.

Ehh I am just over it with competitor stuff. I know that everyone eventually comes to us, asks our opinions, etc.
It is really these companies responsibility (Magnuson, Harrop, URD, etc) to give you guys the confidence in their products, tuning, etc. Not me.

Not at all. You're handling it well, "ask them for info on their product". Not a God damn thing wrong w that. I'm interested to see how trans temps play out with moving coolers and added torque. Exciting times.

 

Regarding turbos.
All version kits (base, powermax) regardless of fuel upgrade or not, will come pre-configured with 6psi springs.

They will come pre-set with the necessary pre-load for 6.5-7psi peak.

If you plan to run base boost pressure, then do not touch them.

If you want to run more while still using these springs, you can increase the pre-load, which we will give a tutorial how.(max 10psi with pre-load).


Setting the pre-load and wastegates before install is CRITICAL, so make your decision once. While it's not impossible to change it in truck, it's a serious PITA

Well this changes things! Is 10 psi max safe boost for base kit? With fuel upgrades?

 

I like this a lot. Much better option than running a boost controller if you don't plan on running over 10 psi. This pretty much made my mind up about doing DI.
