The full fuel upgrades include the DI's, that's what you misunderstood.

Edit: That's is if you have the flash kit already. If not, add $370 (Tune software + Tune cable, tune is included with purchase of the turbo kit)

 

Sure if you go with the top end option with fuel upgrades and add a bunch of other stuff you can get to $10k
