I'm not surprised you're one of the first. It's good on Matt's end as heavy of a presence you probably have on social media.

Keep us up to date!!!! :D

What was the reason? I thought all cars convert MAF into SD anyway? Granted I haven't seen the inside of a Tacoma's ECU, if it uses Volumetric Efficiency tables then you would think it should. This truck's ridiculousness never stops surprising me.

Since you are running dual intakes, how did you work it?

You kinda know what you're getting with Meso. Dude isn't dumb, he'll be able to do the install and provide solid feedback, no drama, best case scenario for the first tester

Agreed this would make the most sense. I mean the man is thorough, clear, and concise. Doesn't hurt that he has a heavy vehicle and is mod happy. If anyone is going to install and give great feedback I feel like it'll be a slam dunk having Stu take a run at it

True. But that’s a whole new can of worms outside my pay grade. I was referring to integrating speed density into the stock ECU.. (which Mat told me he has not been able to do). A piggyback might work, but again I’m leaving it up to Mat to work his magic on the tune. He’s building the kit, and supporting the software so I’ll do whatever he suggests.

this has been done quite a few times on 1st gens. gobs of torque right from idle but with the addition of that high rpm hp.

our website link for the turbo kit is going to be updated shortly, will include some new information.
for folks who want upgraded DI, we will be sending you links on how to purchase.
we will be taking orders for our upgraded fuel pump + Fuel controller tonight as well.
I have had plenty of time to test with our system and it is working exceptionally.

*** on the fuel pump controllers ***

    There will be 3 options.
Option A - send us a fuel pump controller (OEM), it will be modified with our PCB, and returned.
Option B - depin / rewire the stock connectors to our connectors and box.
Option C - Purchase a replacement OEM with our electronics (which we will provide you a used fuel pump controller that is modified) (while supplies last).

Unfortunately the manufacturer that makes the connectors for toyota are in China, and about impossible to get ahold of reliably, and there is no quick solution to getting the males made. This is because the male connectors are an actual part of the whole controller, so they are special design.

You can send us a used unit off ebay, I see them float around for about 70-90 bucks. There are dozens available. (*** must be out of a tacoma).

Bilstein 6112/5160s. OME leaf springs. 285/75/16. RC tonneau cover. Supernova v3 led lows, highs, and fog lights. Kicker speaker upgrade.
So just to be clear, DI is all we need up to 14 psi?
Anything beyond that needs pump and controller.
