Changing out the DI injectors isn't hard at all. You have to take the intake manifold off.
But you kinda have to do that to swap spark plugs, so you can do a few jobs in one.
Taking the intake manifold off is very easy.

The hardest part of the entire installation is probably going to be the oil pan.
    Accessing it is easy.
    The bolts are easy.

    But it's Toyota's silicone. It's very strong.

Should we swap the plugs for 1 step colder?
    Or just keep OEM.

He'd told me awhile back in this thread that the kit comes with one step colder plugs

I suspected the oil pan was going to be the most difficult part. In all the pictures you have posted, everything is an easy bolt-on and very well thought out.

1 step colder for 10 psi or less, which are included with the kits.

You don't need to pull plenum for plugs at all, but I get your sentiment. Fuckin FIPG, better than hondabond.

The plastic clips on every wire everywhere is #2 for most annoying.

Depending on weather, we may have some offroading videos this weekend.

Eventually it will be put to the test at Potts mountain jeep trail. where I've been told is a very challenging place.

Set the filter to "off road/ohv". They list the length, difficulty, etc.

Shouldn't be an issue. The URD y-pipe works with stock downpipes and the OVT pipes work with stock y-pipe, so there shouldn't be fitment concerns.

I should have the installation manual posted sometime next week.
    Expected install time 10-14 hours.

It will first come as a manual (PDF / print out with kit).
But I will be making a few videos as well (of the install side. Not removal of stock components).
