Fuck! That's not an easy task, the contours at the bottom of the pan were probably a pain. Hell of a stick out.

Yeah def some stickout on that endmill, but I don't think the oil pans are that deep. I was looking at mine and it was a lot smaller than I thought. I think the hardest part would be the sideways drain inlets. Having to rotate the jig on it's side just for those. Could have went an ease route and made the sides flat then tap a AN fitting into the side..but this is super custom. Good job Mat.

Shiiiiiut. Thats like 5 inches. Could be less though. Those return lines wouldn't be too bad. Drill the center then interpolate OD, it's length is supported by the material behind it. Probably only need 2 setups on a 5 axis. The Dual returns, interior of the pan, Gasket mating area with reliefs, then flip it for the exterior contours. Idk if that link will work but it sort of illuminates the technique

So, something I want to show you guys in case the question comes up about how does the oil route work.
#1. I absolutely above all else, hate oil leaks. Having excessive amountsof rubber hose can degrade, and where the hose connects is the highest chance of leaks.

So, why does our pans and drains not have a barb style setup for the hose to go over in a traditional way? Because it isn't designed that way.

This picture is for *example* only, but there is a bent hard line from the oil drain to the pan, that fits inside (tight fit) the drain holes.
A small section of rubber hose goes over that for sealing and security.

This avoids relying on just a rubber hose.

I'm glad all of this was very well thought through. That was one of my biggest concerns with this kit. The possibility of oil leaks. I hate dealing with leaks. What does the oil feed side look like?

hey guys, soon I'll be posting some updated timelines on everything. Catted dumps are still in Fab. :( but we are getting close.

I really think you guys will see this was worth the wait, and appreciate you guys having patience with us. Our goal here is to really make this turn key, install it, and that's it. no continual adjusting, tuning, etc.
And yes it we are a bit behind our original timeline, few changes were required, catalyst downpipes... and such.
But just want to remind you guys what you are getting.
TT Billet higher capacity oil pan
    Billet Wastegate brackets
    Billet oil drain adapters
    Billet intake adapter
    304 SS Cast Turbo manifolds
Fully TIG weld / back purged Downpipes + optional cat (which cost us a pretty penny..... custom catalysts)
    Twin Garrett turbochargers
    etc.

A kit like this would probably cost upwards of $10k by normal turbo kit price standards.

Also, since we get asked this on a daily basis.... just to be super conservative now I will say that we will have more ready around November, December.
    Price will also be changing.

Double O-Ring grooves on the inside or just a rubber hose on the outside?

Oil feed side is very simple setup > use the provided adapter for the oil pressure sensor, T, and two pressure lines to the turbos.

rubber hose over. It's a very tight fit.

Is the estimate for these to ship to you on the 15th still looking accurate? Or do you think that there will be further delays for them?

Here's better pics of the OIL FEED. Taps down low. Unscrew the Stock Oil press sensor-->thread in the new Silver adapter-->back into pump. Then the "T" screws into the top and then both feed lines go into it.

The "T" will need to be clocked so the fittings can clear the pump. Here's an overview. Greenbox is where it all happens. Red lines are feed to each turbo

The one over 30 minutes before? Yep. I've been reading through this thread and was just confused with how he was handling the orders on this. I know there are pre-orders and assumed that post referenced the pre-orders. Didn't think there was any harm in asking. I guess I'll just go back to lurking.

Thanks for the reply OVtune, looking forward to the orders opening up to snag a kit.

    Sorry, 17 minutes.
The very last post OVtune made he stated they would most likely be opening up for new orders in November/December.

All good dude. Just asked a simple question. I misunderstood the last part of his post, but you have made it clear so thank you very much.
