I have already talked to these guys about why there are excessive orders on these injectors. Last I talked to them they had an order coming in to the US with 9 spoken for. I am not sure how big the order is but fingers crossed. If not I am ordering aftermarket which are about 400 cheaper.

I talked to the second two dealers I ordered from and each time I was assured they would not cancel the order without contacting me and telling me why. Both times the order was canceled without any notice other than an automated email.
I’ll probably call these guys Monday during business hours to see what it looks like.

I still need to figure out my exhaust and I really like MESO’s radiator with electric fan. But that radiator is sold out, did @MESO ever say what that electric fan kit was?

I haven’t done anything about an intercooler and plumbing to work with my winch yet, I may pull the winch for now and see how everything lines up before I decide. I know MESO posted his solution awhile back.

but I’m also considering pulling everything heavy off the truck and making this a lightweight build once the turbo is on.

I have a pile of parts for the rear frame and axel to help stiffen things up back there. And I may go full short-bus with a rear axel swap once the higher boost maps get released for the big boys.

Surf the threads and you'll find somebody is building an OEM spec electric fan unit to replace the clutch style. It isn't cheap; like $800+, but he seems to know what he's about and is spec'ing high end parts.

Same or similar hardware? I’d imagine the controller would be pretty important.

    Mat,
I'm seriously considering your kit, and want to know if you would be able to do the install, not sure who in my area I would trust to do it...

So much for that lol. I was going to suggest you come watch my install when the time comes. Obviously that isn't an option anymore.

Nice, Lexus Pembroke just emailed me and said they received another batch of injectors (-09). Not sure how many extra they have but mine are being shipped out today. Hopefully everyone else got the same email who ordered from them.

They just let me know they had a full set of 01's that I just turned down, so someone should be getting an email about these soon. I got 09's from another dealer last week.

I will have to make sure my buddy is cool with having a few people in his shop but I'm fine with it. Install will be in Littleton.
