OVTune 3.5L Tacoma Supercharger and Twin Turbo Systems

You may have some issues with your BOV being so close to the MAF. It can cause backflow across the MAF. 12" or more is usually safest. If you see erratic MAF readings that's likely the cause.

Yeah this crossed my mind. I had idle issues with on my Evo with a VTA BOV. I asked Mat about it and he said it should be ok. We'll see. Worst case I can fab a new charge pipe and throw the BOV down by the intercooler.

This is very encouraging! Have you had the pans tapped for drain plugs yet and are the catted pipes been delivered yet!

I have a feeling, that in my near future, I'll be cruising along, then get burned by a Tacoma with one of these kits on it.

I don't think so. Your EFR 9180 is good to 1000 HP. The last time I checked you were just waiting on your new transmission to be able to handle all of that power. Even with your current built engine and transmission you could probably handle up to around 700 HP. I don't think there is anyone who is currently on TW who could come close to you.

Curious of who'll push the boost to a grenade point. Someone will no doubt attempt to push boost without proper fueling.

 

To you guys who ordered injectors from bell lexus: I just talked to the parts desk and injectors are no longer back order status. They are in transit to distribution center. He said he would guess a week to 2 weeks.

Seems to be more for the purpose of restructuring rather than actually going under. We'll see what happens

 

I thought they were bought out my Honeywell. Or at least the majority share holders

 

They were until late 2018, they broke away from Honeywell. But then Honeywell stuck them with debts from a lawsuit and they had to sue them.

Excuse me for only being very cautiously hopeful, considering the other deadlines they've given you and missed. The most recent one being a week ago.

 

The last update was that it would be NTL end of month. I don't expect them to be delayed any further.
