    Mat,

Have to applaud What you’ve done with this project! Admittedly I was doubtful that it would see the light of day beyond a kit or two, but I’ll swallow those words and say you’ve got a great thing going here! Huge thumbs up!

I appreciate that. This is definitely our biggest project. I am very happy about it though. Definitely a challenge being the first kits.

He's definitely done incredible work with the kit, and I think Magnuson being perhaps the largest current competition and the rather large dissatisfaction seen with their kit in its current form (it can absolutely be improved on) highlights the effort Mat has put into the TT kit and shows off his achievement. The materials are high quality too, clearly backed up by the increase in price for future kits, and TT kit buyers get the benefits of Mat's years of R&D with the 3GT

I know that I will be appreciative of the kit for sure. Just been frustrated with the delays on the catted pipes, which I'm well aware aren't Mat's fault.

Do you expect future kits to have similar lead times for the pipes? Or now that the fabricator probably has time to get ahead of it, do you think future TT buyers will have a shorter lead time?

Hard to say, but likely shorter. Mainly because I have tons of extras that will be in stock.
You early adopters got a good price, and of course lose money on each but I *fully expected too.*

But I won't compose to the scale/ time frame of big guys like mag/harrop.

The amount of people who want this kit is through the roof, even offering to pay more than the sticker price. So we might expand some to meet the need.

Interest has only gone up since the release of other options with lack luster torque.

    Thanks :).
As stressful as it is with delays, waiting on some components, I am just happy I stuck to instinct on this kit. Make it make power where this truck needs it.

I don't want to gloat. I'm a small operation, and still have big hurdles to overcome, but I just know this kit will have very positive reviews. Having boost on tap at practically any rpm, means instant torque, literally.

As someone who has been watching this since about page 250 or so and would have been in on the first set had it not been for the job struggle in these current times, I'm ecstatic to see that its going to be an ongoing project. Particularly since its starting to look questionable that I'll get in on sets 2 or even 3. Hope you keep it up, I'll be able to hop in eventually.

I've been thinking I may look into getting my truck dyno'd, pre & post turbos, just to document the difference. Currently on 2.0 SFOB Reg w/ 91oct

Yeah I'm not as modded up as he is, and we went with different kids. He's got all sorts of stuff on his and went for the powermax kit with all fuel upgrades.

By comparison, I went with the base kit with no fuel upgrades. I've got stock sized tires that are approximately 10lbs heavier than stock, sliders, and front winch mount (now without a winch), bed shell, roof racks...it's not quite as heavy as other trucks out there that are super armored up

I have ordered some parts to add weight to my truck, so that if need be we can make a different tune for fat trucks.

However... I am having a hard time figuring out how people are adding 2000lbs to their trucks, when these bumpers and stuff weight 100-200lbs.

adding it up I think front bumper, back bumper, and more skid plates only came out to around 500lbs.

This might possibly be the best way to justify "I ordered more shit for my truck."

    Fully stocked 63 qt fridge
    Roof racks
    35" tires
    Tools
    Larger gas tank
    Camper shell
All of the debatable'y useful stuff I keep in the back all the time. I live in my truck.

    When camping:
    Shower has water.
    Tent on top

I don't know if I'm up to 2,000 but when I have a moto on the back hitch I might be close.

After I put this turbo kit on I'm considering removing everything heavy and making this an ultralight trophy truck in 2022 once the high boost option is available for the powermax kits.
