Question: since the exhaust manifolds are integrated into the cylinder head, how are the turbos connected into the exhaust?

 

All cylinders empty into a single chamber in the head on each side of the engine. The heads have a single out which flows into a single port manifold. Manifold to turbo then turbo to downpipe.

 

Any concerns on breaking things with 4.88's and 35's on an AT? I live in the sticks and would love to see more juice, but not willing to live in the shop fixing drive shafts and gears.

 

depends are you going to try and burn rubber every take off or use it modestly and roll on throttle. Ultimately you decide how much time your truck will spend in shop.

try rock crawling and start bouncing in that rear axle with 35s.

 

I’m not a rubber burner except on a rock I can’t get over or hung up on. I’m talking about that low end torque while in 4Lo

My shop is getting sprayed the 22nd with closed cell foam so I'm in no hurry to be in the weather till then.
