Very possible, never say never. Good to have the future option. Right now, I’m just glad my truck is working good and I can drive it again. Was a long install for me, happy with the result.

 

You made the right choice by leaving the door open for future easy of expandability.

Is gear lock in the tune?

 

Not currently. He is dialing in the engine side for everyone then going to work on transmission based on preferences. Current tunes are coming with stock transmission which I actually haven't found to be too bad with the extra power.

So Powermax @ 10 psi, DI, and stock pump okay?

 

Based on my driving style and how 7 psi feels on base turbos, 10 psi might be overkill. Probably be a lot of fun though.

 

I would say let's go get a beer but we know that can't happen.

 

Yeah but I didn’t get the powermax just to run it at base psi. I thought I had read 10 psi with powermax and di should be ok for stock pump. But reading a post Ov made on another thread is giving me doubts and I didn’t buy the upgraded pump.

 

Ya when I was doing my tuning a couple weeks ago I remember him saying that 10 psi is approaching the limits on the stock pump or something along those lines.

 

I am powermax plus di and don't plan on going over 10psi ever but opted to get the pump and controller for peace of mind

 

starting Monday I think. Big Brown sent me a shipping notice. Thursday of next week. Gonna wait until the weather is warmer before I begin.

I got a tracking number right before Christmas and Matt has said on here that he was waiting till after the holidays to send out more kits. Not sure if I’m in the next round of shipments, but I am planning on moving fast to the install
