It helps some, but to be honest I’m getting impatient. I’m almost 10k deep, a year since payment, and 5 months installed, and on tune 12, I’m entitling myself to a little impatience. I understand the difficulties, but I really need to put this behind me at this point. I just want a truck that runs as it should. Please prioritize this, I’m begging you, and 100% at your mercy here.

I understand. It is a top priority because the cold drive patch is a primary priority for not just this kit. It's the very last step to get the tune working smoothly in every driving scenario. After that, everything is finished.

Also I have 2 more kits going out Tuesday.

It's been a hell of a challenge figuring out how to fix the cold driving problem. Even though it hasn't been posted myself and some dealers have been working on it since November. We just finally found the solution less than a week ago.

I'll have the C written for it tomorrow. After that it's just a matter of building the files. I have not posted but I have internal deadlines for this.

@OVTune I haven’t received any tracking, if you can provide that either here, PM or email that would be great.

Glad to see it arrive!..however timing just happens to be shit for me, as I have a new house being built, and our current house must now be ready to go up for sale very shortly so I am an currently swamped finishing the last of the renovations and repairs etc so I may not be able to get to the turbo installation for another 3-5 weeks. The turbos might be garage ornament for a short stint.

Similar to “survivor guilt” I feel for @JamesT as he still has his truck torn apart sitting on his driveway meanwhile I can’t even get to mine yet :anonymous:

Good shit, thanks. A couple questions for this final revision. Should we clear lvs or that other option that’s escaping me at the moment? Will the truck still be limited to 20% throttle until warm with this new patch? I’m cool if it is, just curious.

For those of us who haven't received our kits but got a tracking number back in December will there be a new tracking number? The number previously sent is only good for 120 days.

@OVTune I received that shipment yesterday, based on the content I am missing the turbos, manifolds, fuel pump, controller etc..obviously still need box 2 of 2. Should I expect the 2nd package to arrive at any second now or is it yet to ship?

    @OVTune

Shop called, the repairs are done, they don't hear any exhaust leak now so they're assuming it originated with that bolt.

They have the new boost controller in and it's currently at the lowest setting but they asked if I wanted it higher or not, so I told them 8psi since before we'd been accepting as much as 10 with that y-pipe.

With the repairs apparently completed, I suppose that means I'm ready for that new map too.

    Indeed, same.

And I'll be going through these guys in the future. Much better pricing and I haven't felt like I was getting fucked over. And they figured out the overboosting issue which was pretty clutch.

If everything looks to go well with Mat's upgraded fuel pumps, I'm thinking I'll eventually get one since I'm putting in an order on a Valiant Expedition trailer and if I ever take it up high in elevation, which I believe I will, I don't want the stock pump to shit out on me.

Knock on wood, shouldn't be anything left to prevent me from just driving the truck since I'd already seen that those sensor spacers with the mini cats do work, meaning if they continue to do the trick then I'll have no problems when state inspection time comes around

Got my girl back. Running well, maxing at 8psi as requested.

Way better experience with this shop yet again compared to the one that did my install.

@OVTune the #cementflavoredtacowithescargot is ready for your updated tune

    That twin turbo sticker though…

Edit: I’ve ripped all the suspension and wheels off my off-road, but the one thing I wish I had from the pro is the home link. The little things…

Edit again: I appreciate the fact that you got that twin turbo sticker absolutely perfectly level…nice job
