On cold startup below freezing on startup miss and shake. Turn off for approx 30 seconds and it usually doesn't miss then. New plugs and injector service. Visual inspection of coil pack. Ok approximately 500 miles. Just did it again. Any suggestions

Just what does that plug look like??

See any Arc marks on the plug where the coil pack boot makes contact

The plug could be slightly fouled the initial start up might be enough to clear it up

that injector might just be dirty enough it hangs up in Freezing Temps

or the injector might be leaking enough to cause the miss

if the electrical end is all good it might be one of these two things

Also take a fuel sample in a clear glass jar from the fuel line and allow it to settle. Look for water on the bottom. Water in fuel could collect and freeze. Just a tiny bit is enough to clog an injector for a few seconds.
