P0505 freeze frame data & what's it pointing me to?

    G-Men sticker, driver's side "backseat" window - cracked driver's side headlight cover complete with hazy look - DIY 30 footer paint lift in Bedliner Black
    I have had a high idle since last year after I did an engine cleaning, all new gaskets, etc.
    First time this code showed up was in June, then it was quiet after I did the exhaust manifold crossover gaskets.
    Then a few days ago I changed out the fuel pressure regulator (somewhat unrelated), which did improve my fuel trims.
    Did a full check up on the IAC, MAF, cleaned the throttle body, re-re-re-rechecked vacuum hoses ECT seems good according to the live scan & then yesterday the code reappears.

    I can see that the calculated load value seems high in each -
