The paint below the window and above the bed is getting DESTROYED. I work out of my truck daily, and for the most part it doesn't get beat, but i cant help this spot. Anyone creative that has fixed this...i though bedliner but it would look horrible.

How is it getting all beat up? I would make a guard out of dimond plate, spray it with bed liner and attach it to the bed if its cause stuff is moving foward and hitting the cab. My truck has dents on both sides of the cab from my tool box sliding foward and hitting the cab a time or two.
