    should i scuff up my wheels a little bit before painting them with spray paint?

    2001 with; cat-back twin exhaust,elbow mod, Westin bullbar with Hella550's, Snugtop XTR camper shell, TRD off-road 2x4-black beauty.
    Which wheels? If you have the aluminum ones I would not paint-if steel I used to use high temp engine enamel on mine and it took to the surface real good and was tough. Looked good too.
