ok today I noticed my paint is lfting up right under the rubber door trim on the passenger door. From the looks of it, it looks like it only the clear. Is there any way to fix this? It about a pointer finger size edge or half the size of a dime.

Since it's in an inconspicuous area, I'd just touch it up with with some clear. Otherwise, you would have to have the entire inner door re-sprayed, which would be costly.
