06 silver double TRD

Running bars, tinted window (, TSB mod ,885 coils, OME shocks up front, AAl and procomp 9000 out back, partially debadged/black out the others, weathertech floor mats, grillcraft grill, TRD skid plate

I have the full chrome bull bar. I have seen some around town that the bar is black and the center skid plate is chrome. Has anyone painted theirs or know if it can be painted kinda like the emblems are done. Looking to get black wheels so I think it would look good over chrome.
