Painted Diff & Inside Wheel Well

Just wondering if anyone has painted the center/circle of their rear diff. I have some left over red caliper paint and was thinking of painting the center if the casing.

Also wondering if anyone has ever done anything with painting the inside of the qheel well area. The part that is made of the thin plastic that some people have to trim to fit bigger tires. There is already some striping/design molded into the plastic....not sure what color, how much, and what design i would paint.

Just wondering if either of these paint mods have been done, and everyones opinion of the idea...

 

Nice...do you have any pics? I was thinking some type of silver or striping? I have a BSP truck (maybe not paint the whole thing...only a piece/pieces? any ideas?

painting the center circle on the axle is IMO tacky looking UNLESS its like that picture where its a heavy duty Dana 60 or 14 bolt with bolt on diff housing, but still I don't see why you would wanna paint it because its drawing attention away from the body of the truck.

Point is if they are gay they are gay, its not offensive, everyone uses the word. I have gay friends that don't mind it at all. its annoying when people get offended by it

it is offensive, your referring to something you think is wrong or dont like as gay, which in my mind makes it offensive. I still do it from time to time cause everyone does, but it is offensive. Also they have declared using the term "lame" as being not politically correct, meaning that if you call something you dont like lame, you are insulting lame people.
