    Originally these were getting powdercoated to fix some gouges that a tire shop put in them. Unfortunately, the powdercoat shop did a pretty terrible job, so a friend made me some paint that is mostly clear coat and black+gold pearl and sprayed over the sanded powdercoat, so it was a body-shop-quality job with hardener and everything :D

    Yeah, if I would've foresaw the problems I would've skipped paying the expensive powdercoat fee and just done paint from the beginning. I'm gonna go talk to the shop tomorrow and tell them I was pretty disappointed in their work and show them that I had to have them repainted.
