    I have the insurance information for the painters and intend to have the claims adjuster come out to evaluate the car. I will be waiting till I have more information regarding repairs before I perform any actual repair myself. Thanks for all the help!

    oil change...
    stay far far away from carb cleaner and your truck. you dont want any overspray to get on the paint at all...not even worth it. razor the windows, clay bar the paint.

    Put your hand in a plastic sandwich bag then rub gently on your paint. You will be able to feel the imperfections (over spray) very easily. Have the adjuster do the same if necessary. Getting it all off is no small job.
