Part time Bed cover tonneau, factory rails?

I rarely need a covered bed. I don't plan on using it often and don't care for the look of most of them when folded or rolled. But I'd occasionally like something weather proof and secure. I plan on removing it and storing it in the garage when not being used.
I've looked at the various ones mentioned, read all the threads, and watched some videos from the manufacturers. What I can't figure out, is what tonneau covers use the factory rails?
Having extra brackets or rails to worry about removing or messing up when carrying junk isn't desireable. Thanks for any input.
