Looks like it's either 63650-04100-C0, 63650-04050-C0 or 63650-04080-C0. But that's based on the crude drawings that I've found on the internets.

    Hey Jeff,

From my couple days of research it seems like you know your Tacoma’s rather well and I’m super new to anything automotive.

I dropped my master cylinder cap inside my truck and can’t find it. I have a 2017 Tacoma TRD Off-Road with the hydraulic boost for master cylinder (crawl control and all that). I can’t seem to find ANY info on what cap goes to that?
It’s the screw on kind and everything keeps telling me it’s this 47230-01031 but that’s for the vacuum boost. Can you help?? I’m going crazy!

47230-47090 is the cap for the hydro booster type brake master cylinder reservoir.

Sweet, thank you sir! That’s what I came to after I did a little more research after my post.

I was hesitant at first just cuz some Toyota sppecs / parts sites / Toyota OEM websites said the caps only were only for 05-15. And I was super surprised about the lack of info for 2016/17 Off-roads, 2018 and on there’s a bunch. Lead me down a big rabbit hole haha but learned a bunch which was nice.

    Appreciate it broski!
