Anyone know of a place with a parts diagram for our trucks?

Dealer screwed up one of the bolts on my skid plate...probably the nut in the frame piece as well. I'm curious to see if I can find the part to replace that with.

I'd just go to your local hardware store and pick up new hardware. The stock bolts seem to be crap. I bought a used Pro skid and nearly all of the existing bolt threads were checked and at risk of cross threading. I just picked up all new hardware and reused the aluminum spacers. Nothing special about the stock bolts.

Yeah but I think they screwed up the nut inside. The bolt is hard to turn and it wasn't snug up against the skid plate.

You'll have a hard time replacing the nut, as it's retained in the factory frame. You won't be able to put a wrench on the back side when installing, as your skid will be in the way. If the dealer buggered it up, I'd take it back to them and make them fix it. It's going to be a headache to do it yourself.

Oh I'm not going to fix it myself. I'm just curious about the part. It seems it's bolted to the frame but I'm not certain. But I'm not sure I want these people touching it again.

If it is just that, then I might fix it myself. That way they can't screw it up again. They can buy me the part.

Ugh, hate people taking off my stock skid plate- had one of those lube places I wont say the name of but that they say they do their work in a jiffy leave the plate hanging by just a couple bolts because they couldnt put it back on right and didnt tell me. I found out why at home - their filter wrench was stuck between the plate and oil pan!

Attached is the Toyota install instructions for the TRD Pro skid plate... might help you locate the proper portions of the parts diagram.

Well this was done at my last free oil change at the dealer. Probably someone just thought they had it started and air wrenched it.

Pretty sure it's the piece with the tow hook attached to it.

Looks like maybe something goes inside that piece too. Might be a pain to replace.

Nice, sorry to hear that. Too much in a hurry, and now you have to deal with the damage. :(

Yeah and I don't want to mess with it any more and have them try to get out of it. So I'm not sure if I can run a tap through it and fix it up or not.

Thanks for the link, still having a tough time finding the part I need.

Trying to go back to stock. We accidentally modified the louvers in the factory air vent a little too much. :( We wanted to open/close the air duct behind the Hondo Garage Un-Hoely Dash Mount. And ended up tossing the louvers because it was just bad.

I didn't take a photo of it, but this was taken from Hondo's website.

Note there is a 55650 as well that points to something on that vent. Maybe the part numbers are the same between years but they fouled up the image. I don't know what the difference is between those two numbers.

Maybe it's just differentiating the left/right sides vs. the middle ones.
