Yup, I've seen those as well. I like them, but like the Zeta's more for their design and integrated blinker.

I think I'll be getting mirrors like these and just mount the on the handlebars.

My buddy put a rear view camera on his license plate bracket in place of his mirrors. Had the display above his speedo. I never rode it but he said it worked well for him. And when I got my motorcycle license, I had to get a local (alaska) license to get the endorsement on it.

Fuck, that bike is sick! Seems like you'd have to lift your arm or contort your body to be able to see what's behind you (which is what I'm currently doing with the cheapo mirrors I have haha)

Yes and no haha. The ones you posted attach closer to the bar and the ones I posted have a bit of a drop to them. From personal riding experience I have found that mirrors mounted inward on the bar that have a drop to them provide better usable visibility. A lot of the time mirrors are placed on a bike just to comply with local laws/codes.

Just another option for you to consider I guess. Think of it what you want.

I think you picked a perfect bike for your first one. that 250 is a great setup. i got this one as it was 0% interest lol. it was between this and the xlr.
lol, funny, as i just got a set of drz dirt wheels in the mail last month so i can swap when i want to. luckily it wasn't to much money.

Thats why that would be the better choice. The dirt set up is relatively cheap. The motard set up is ridiculously expensive....the excel wheels are not cheap nor is a big front disc brake :|

Got the hand guard on the right side. The OEM plastic throttle tube was a pain. I'll probably get a new open-ended tube and grips later on.

Still need to get the left guard installed, install the protectors, and then wire the blinkers.

Drove it for about 30-40 minutes around the neighborhood. So much fun driving through run-down factory lots and finding small jumps and such. So much better to control with it being lowered.

Throttle tubes are no fun to mess with.

And I hate you. I'm really wanting a supermoto now even though yours technically isn't

Maybe one of these by Moose Racing? It has a removable end and changeable throttle cable cams.

I don't hate him. If anything, i'm living through his learning and experiences with his bike. :) I've been too focused on my truck to pursue any bike i find. Right now, i'm looking at a new take off OEM chrome bumper and hitch to put on, a set of redline tuning elite stainless hood struts, a 4pin trailer harness, quickfists and 4x inovations bed rail hardware to mount my shovel and a fire extinguisher, new spark plugs, my tacomaworld sticker, and i have a catback exhaust on the way. Its so exciting :goingcrazy:

I would probably die if i got a motorcycle right now. I've never been so busy in my life. Working three jobs and most of my free time is spent on here  and i still haven't signed up for fall semester. :(

I don't think that'd be any better. Ideally you'd just want slip on grips imo. Then no messing with throttle cams or tubes. But they can slide/rotate without glue.

Well when I'm now wanting a ktm 690smcr it's an issue, ha. I have ADD with my hobbies I think. It's one thing now then back to another then back again.

I stopped mountain biking for motorcycle building then stopped that for truck building. I don't plan on adding to the truck over the winter as i will be saving for a motorcycle and building my bug out bag.

I really wanna get one of these... I have ridden CR500s, CRF450, and everything down to fiddys, but I always wanted to get a 250 legal. I wish the 250 has the 230L black/grey color scheme to match my truck and my 600RR, or even the wuro white/silver combo. Hopefully next year they have something other than factory Red... Lovin this lil bike tho.
