    Looked into those but luckily people talked me out of it haha
    Lived on Honda's all my life in high school.

    Retrofit will probably be a while, but hopefully this year.

    Looked at the Yamaha's, but didn't care for the look as much and they're more expensive.
    Yeah, Yamaha had good reliability as well but for more money.
    Yeah, I could deal with it. But I still want the 1" shorter seat that's also a little wider.

    Hey Brent, have you set the sag on the rear shock yet? That should bring the seat height down a bit for you.

    Nope, haven't messed with it yet. I've gotten used to the height and it isn't an issue. I'll still get to it eventually, but for now it's fine.

    Driving around on open roads without traffic is MUCH better haha can't wait to get back from camping this weekend and drive it more.

    Setting the sag will also provide proper suspension travel and provide a little more comfort on the bike throughout the stroke of the rear shock.
    Also, could you have bought a 2013 instead of a 2014? The 2013 is $500 less than the 2014. Did you get a good deal?
    I've ridden dirt bikes for 22 years so I'll be following your thread pretty closely haha

    Yeah, today was the first time I actually took it over some dirt and trails. Dirt bikes are fun! Haha

    I feel like the rear is perfect right now. Not stiff at all, pretty soft really. But I still want to change up to see.

    2013 wasn't an option in this area. The factory in Kansas only had 3 2014's. None of the other dealers in the area had one either. Oh well haha

    As for getting a deal, it's kind of hard to do that with a 2014 bike haha but I did get some decent discounts since I'm military and essentially paid them cash since I didn't go through their financial company.

    Dropped it at a stop again too. Was on uneven dirt and wasn't prepared for the much of a drop when I put my foot down... :anonymous:
