So the big bore is definitely happening soon then??? :jellydance:

Yeah, as long as I can get the days off, which shouldn't be an issue. Just trying to spread out the amount of times I ask for days off...

Asked last week so I can go to Central Missouri Off Road park on the 20th. Going to ask for two separate times off tomorrow. One to go to Florida in a few weeks, and another for the Arkansas trip in May. I think in March I'll ask for the days off to go to the supermoto ride.

Yea its definitely going to happen. Cylinder Works 434cc kit, and HotCams stage 2 IN/EX.

Yea thats a lot of asking off, ha. Im gonna ask for the supermoto meet and then im sure a trip will happen later in the year.

Nice... As badly as I want to mod the bike and do a big bore and stuff, I'm trying to put more towards the truck this year.

Yeah it is haha But right now I already have 45 days built up, and we're only allowed to carry up to 60 days of leave over into the next fiscal year in October. So I need to cut that down a bit. Even after all these trips I should still have like 30 days available come October.

I dont blame ya. My truck will be damn close to what i want done this year after eveything. Just rear bumper and gears would be nice.

Fuck i wish i had that much time. I get 8 days per year, not including holidays that i work.

    It never ends haha

That's the one thing that is nice is getting 30 days per year. But it also sucks because I get only one holiday off per year and have a weird schedule that limits what I can do on my weekends.

It's those guys that work a normal office job with no more than 8 hours a day and have every weekend and holiday off on top of getting 30 days per year that have it nice!

Well it's updated now for your viewing pleasure :p

Helped me realize that I'm running out of things to do to this bike. They're all expensive things though of course...

The revalve when the fork seals finally blow is going to hurt :(

Haha yeah, I was going to bite the bullet and do a revalve when I thought I was going to have to replace the seals. Still not sure whether or not I'm going to revalve it myself or not. Can do it with basic tools, but I know something is going to give me problems during the process. Always does haha

    I won't touch the rear.

And I really don't want to mess with the forks either.

Removed the new leaking radiator and installed the old bent radiator. Then went and picked up more oil, filled her up and got everything back together.

Right off the bat shift changes and going from coasting to WOT are a lot more harsh, in a good way. Going WOT from a full stop picks up the front wheel pretty easily now. Didn't try any wheelies, but I bet somebody that actually knows what they're doing could bring the wheel up and hold it pretty easily. The springs are stiffer I guess, but just barely noticeable.

And again I got a burning smell intermittently when it was warming up. No smoke or signs of anything bad though. I'm thinking that it's just drops of coolant that leaked onto the engine being burned off or something. I'll wash it off tomorrow and see if the smell goes away.

I'm also missing one of the nut clips for where the plastics mount to the radiator. Pretty sure I left it on the radiator that I just sent back to Rocky Mountain...
