ok i have read every thread possible about pedal commanders, what I'm looking for is long term reviews from second get guys.
i see a lot about 3rd gens and possibly throwing codes etc and from what i can see ONE account of a second get guy frying his ECU somehow.

and before someone says it yes i know, "just get the OVtune" "its just a bandaid" not happening right now and i have PC already. im just overthinking and worrying.

so guys that have had them in their second gen AT N/A trucks chime in, how long have you had it, what setting do you keep it in, any problems?

No issues here on mine. 5k miles and with a supercharger. No issue other than blowing my ring gear 2 weeks ago lol

    Meddling...

For $300 the pedal commander sounds like a great investment for smoother power, faster acceleration times, and possibly more broken parts. Lol

Not directly related, but I’ve used my Pivot 3-Drive for the better part of a decade on 3 different cars (Corolla XRS, Yaris, and Lexus IS) and never had an issue.

Does anyone have experience with the HIKEIT X9? It's less expensive with a lifetime warranty. It's made in Switzerland.

I met someone the other day with the HIKEIT X9. He has it on a Chrysler and loves it. Had lag issues with the 305 HP engine and they totally went away with this product. I was 100% going to get it today until I read this thread and now I am little nervous about potential code issues, etc. I also would love to hear from a couple of people with 3rd Gen's that have this. If I do move forward, it will be the Hikeit

They are good as long as it doesn't loose connection with the gas pedal. If that happens it can be disastrous. Having no power until you turn the truck off and back on.
