    Ive heard mixed reviews and im not a believer....that said when i have some extra money i may try 1 just for shits and grins.
    In my head it sounds the same as smashing the pedal harder manually. If i can find a deal and any place with a trial warranty, i may bite.

    Moves the pedal graph from a negative slope to a straight line, or even a positive slope.

    This is a graph from my Haltech. The OEM slope is very similar.

    Had it about 3 months and I like it . To me its not like mashing pedal faster .Mashing pedal still has a lag to me .With this depending on setting acceleration seems faster .Feel response immediately.

    Also when climbing steady grade seems to doesn't down shift hard (right rpm range ). Like it downshifts to next lower gear instead of 2 , 3 lower .

    Is it worth it ?. Depends on the person .I like it. I am also completely stock. To me best part is driving up steady grade .Press accelerator a little and upshifts in right rpm range . Doesn't rev. makes MY drive better
    :thumbsup:o_O:D:confused::burnrubber::crazy::boink:;):facepalm:lol....

    I agree. It's the 'tip in' point that is amplified that any mashing will not make a difference. It's obvious at a certain end point it will show full voltage to provide more throttle but the in between time is different.

    Which one have you got installed?

    I'm thinking a pedal commander or sprint booster would probably be a waste of money for my MT 6 speed. Sounds like it's just better for regulating auto trans friggery.

    lol the only thing these do is change the throttle curve...... nothing more, waste of money, just push the pedal more as thats ALL its simulating.

    Hi gents, I was just pointed to this thread & I had a Sprint Booster in a '12 corvette 6spd manual for 3 yrs/30k mls & it transformed the car, not just for perfectly rev matched heel-toe downshifts, but anytime you used the throttle. It made the motor 100% more responsive everywhere. Like it should've been from the factory.

    I've never liked how deep/hard I have to press my Taco throttle when heel/toe downshifting & it's just not possible to rev-match perfectly, so I'm hoping the S-B will deliver like it did in my vette. It's a bit overpriced, imho, but I'll post up my findings after I get hold of one. These aren't hocus pocus products & the S-B really did eliminate the factory designed (for driver safety) throttle lag.

    From a Wheeling standpoint I love the idea of a drive by wire adjustability. Anybody interested in having variable control to limit the pedal output? Say your Wheeling a rock garden and u only want a small % of your throttle to minimize surging the pedal Everytime u come down into a hole or slide ff something while your foot is still on the gas?

    They are pretty much the same. But one has 3 year warranty vs 2 year warranty. One is a little more inexpensive. I believe Sprint Booster has a better reputation and they've been around longer. Working at a parts distributor i've heard good things on different makes and models especially Toyotas. SprintBoosterSales.com has them for $10-$20 cheaper. They usually haves sales too.

    I have not modified my truck (motor wise) at all. I have a 3 inch leveling kit on it with some 305 55 20s BF K02. Regarding the post, I bought the Sprint Booster for my truck (I paid like $280). Man, I can tell you that this thing woke up my truck completely.It's a beast now! Some people say it's like putting the pedal to the metal, but it is not quite like that at all. I have it in the most "fastest" setting and it it's the best thing I have bought for my truck. My truck prior felt very sluggish I mean VERY. With this thing on, you will not want to take it off anymore. It is quite expensive for what it is (materials) but for what it does, I think it's well worth money. Buy it and try it out, they offer a 30 day money back guarantee,(last time I checked). You won't want to return it though, I GUARANTEE that! Installation was SUPER easy! I took like 15 Minutes overall because prior to installing it, you need to wait 10 minutes with the key off and then do the installation. I just unplugged the pedal harness and connected it to the harness provided and bam you're done. Just need to zip tie everything if you wanted to look neat! THIS THING will unleash the beast in your V8! It honestly feels like its been tuned. NO KIDDING!
