I've got Baja designs in mine and couldn't be happier with them, the sport version is definitely bright enough and the quality is great. They are a little pricey but in my opinion they're worth it and fit the bumper perfectly

Just about any typical "Pod" light will fit, thats a pretty standard size among Baja, Rigid and other brand names so if you're looking for a more budget friendly light you should be able to find several options from Amazon and such.
I cannot personally make any recommendations of off-brand lights based on my personal experience but will say that if you can swing it, even if it takes a little longer, the Baja's are worth every penny and are a one and done purchase with no worries about performance.

I would agree here about the sport model from Baja, for a fog light they are more than enough, the Pro's, even in Amber are a bit much for street use.

Question - reason for the Amber over the standard lights? Do they help more in fog? Or just a cool-truck mod?
I'm almost ready to pull the trigger on a front bumper.

    yep..
They help in foggy and snowy conditions. Not sure the science behind it but I believe it helps create contrast rather than wash out everything with white light.
