    I tried installing the bumper then the winch. Needless to say I took the bumper off installed the winch. Then installed the bumper. So much easier

    That's actually part of the Forerunners back-up detection system in addition to the rear camera and proximity sensors all over the rear bumper... In this situation you can see the combination of all of them works flawlessly...:D
