Most sliders are 1.75" Round X .120" wall HREW which is plenty strong in my opinion however they can be made from just about any material based on preference. Heavy wall, Hybrids, DOM Tube, Chromolloy, totally up to the end user.
I have not made a set for a DCLB yet but fully intend to as soon as I have a request. I have access to quite a few varieties of trucks here locally for measurements and fit check. The local TW guys in So Cal are a top notch group of guys and are always willing to help out if a donor truck is needed.

You read my mind. Very soon.
I am knee deep in several new projects right now and DCLB sliders are coming up on the list. I am probalbly going to slow up a bit for a couple weeks in preperation for the upcoming Mojave run, I have several things I need to get done on my rig and cant seem to find time to do it. I have to be able to get out and play every now and then too:D

No. Not for you! Hahahahaha. Well. Tuesday. Picked up my new bed bar from tyler and I have to say it is top notch. Quality workmanship and fit perfect right into bed rails without the use of you bed cleats like others. Plus its beefy as fuck. Thanks again tyler. Ill post up pics later today after work. If your looking for a quality Bed Bar for dust lights and antennas and flag whips. Hit up Tyler our local socalduckslayer. Haha. He will take care of you

    Thanks

Yes, got the radio dialed in. Met up with Lembowski at the Ham outlet and let those guys do some tweeking and were all set now. They guys there are really good, nice to run into good customer service, it seems to be rare these days.
We had good signal for at least 8 miles after we left so overall happy with it for our needs.

Thanks John. They are coming along nice. Still massaging the mounting holes to make sure they are perfect. Have fit checked them on a 12, an 11 and tomorrow on an 06. There are definitely some variables from one truck to another even though they should be the same. The critical part is the mid skid alignment to the cross-member.

Yours are coming up next, I cant wait to get your truck outfitted with these skids. Your truck looks amazing and I know they will be put to good use
