Yes I quoted Se7en but I really wanted to know too, I have some parts on order and wondered how large a box (pallet) I should be expecting.

Winch install day! Put in a Warn Zeon Platinum 10S in my Pelfrey Bumper... Took some major mods out the the box to get it all in, but I had the best people in the business helping and they did a bomb job! Special thanks to @kh7nm and @luka ...they're geniuses...

For those planning on mounting a Warn Zeon 10s on the Pelfrey bumper. You'll have to modify and cut (small amount) the grill support structure to clear the winch itself. The controller is relocated in the engine bay and some wiring extensions were also needed to reach the engine bay where the controller box is mounted up by the front passenger firewall...even with the extended relocation kit... The metal housing for the controller was also a pita to fit in the engine bay and had to be taken off as well as modifying the controller bracket base. Warn does an excellent job of weather sealing all their components that fit in the metal controller box, so no issues on having it exposed. Obviously the winch isn't just designed for Tacoma's...:D

This is the Warn Zeon 10-s Platinum...Due to the Platinum being new, the standard Zeon relocation kit does not come with an extension harness for the 'wireless' side of the control and needs to made yourself, its only 4 wires.

Mounting the controller assembly on the bumper next to the grill is another potential location to stick it, but a secondary bracket will need to be made and holes drilled.

I mounted my 10-S with no extra parts... Just trimmed the grill support. Looks good
