Ive kept my bumper and all the other crap that was removed with it (crash bar, ect). Ive heard of insurance companies not letting you take parts off unless you have the original if you do total it (rear ended or side). But more than anything its just in the attic cause im to lazy to go to the dump.

O and thanks Satin for helping me out! Need to warranty the Rigid lightbar i bought through Pelfreybilt. but i couldnt find the original invoice (Rigid requires it). Sent Satin a message and she sent me a copy of the invoice the next day (i emailed after business hours). So thanks again for the awesome customer service!

This is why I've dedicated an entire corner of my garage to stock parts, on the off chance I do get in wreck, I can return it to stock and put the shit towards anew truck. Especially the super charger :D

Proud new soon (not so soon lol) to be owner and member of the #pelfreybiltfamily!

Just placed my order for an aluminum single hoop front bumper!

I have a couple of questions about fog and light bar options, besides the Rigid lights.

Anyone using anything different for the fog and light bar? Or should I keep counting my pennies until my bumper is done and splurge on the rigid?

And a big thanks to Satin! More than helpful answering my questions and working with me the past week or two!!!

I put Baja Designs Squadrons pro's in the fog holes and a 20" OnX6 Driving Combo bar in the light bar cutout.

Those look awesome! But they are still a bit more than I was hoping to spend. I guess there is a good bit of time between now and when I'll be getting my bumper... Time to start saving up I guess!

Just look at it this way: any brand other than rigid that is good quality isn't that far off in price... Anything lesser quality you might save some money but what's the warranty like? Will you have to pay to ship it back if it breaks? I'm sure there's a rigid dealer within spitting distance of your home, as everyone seems to sell them, so it's not really a concern if you need warranty.

What's the difference between the S8 and the Stealth? Are those ambers running lights in a white light bar or an amber bar that dimmed? Maybe it's a combo type light with dual operations?

The new Baja Designs S8 is an amazing light, the back-lit amber is an awesome feature that adds killer character. I will certainly be running that light myself asap. The squadrons are a great match as well and even have the round bezels that make a nice fit in the fog light holes.

We recently started working with Baja Designs and have nothing but the best things to say about them, their quality and customer service are incredible and we are thrilled to be aligned with them moving forward. We initially made contact with them because they are nearly neighbors and we quickly realized that there was much more than just location in common.

The S8 is replacing our Stealth LED Light Bar. To avoid further thread jacking, Here is a post with more information on the improvements and upgrades:
