Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
Hey, on that mid skid, is it possible to invert the front mounting lip, so that the finished look from skid-to-skid is flat all the way back? I'm thinking the possibility of getting hung up on something where the front and mid bolt up.
Would this be extra $$, or just a simple (and possibly permanent) design change?

Because of the crossmember that the mid skid mounts to it has to be a bit higher. The transition is pretty smooth since the edges are on the top side of the ifs skid so here's nothing to hang up on. Going in reverse there is a ledge there, not too much can be done without lowering the entire skid and giving up ground clearance in an area that is already pretty low.

How far in advance do you need to plan for a cab mount chop? I'm thinking a trip to the Truck Shop is in order very very soon, so I wouldn't mind getting this out of the way first. And is the price cheaper if I have my own cutout metal (BAMF)?

Typically a week or so, let me know your schedule. Weekday evenings and some weekends work best.

No glare, you can see the marker lights a little bit reflecting on the hoop but there's no glare.

Yup, C/O's are Coilovers. Good set of C/O' with min 650# springs are the cure for beefy bumpers

Hmmm, starting to look like something. Probably start cutting some mock up pieces in the next few days

    SON OF A......

Looks awesome! Have you run any Solidworks load simulations? What do you expect the gates load capacity is?

No, havent tried any of that, still putting it all together. Its going to be way more than enough though so I'm not concerned. Load will be supported on latch side while in motion so its not super critical. Pivot is 1.5" chromolloy with ball bearings so its more than enough for anything you could ever want to put on there

No way!!! That thing hangs lower than an old mans balls (sorry Erik) :D Look at your stock one and tell me its not all beat to shit. The hitch will be behind the fold down license plate. Max clearance and departure angle is key

I see you have the Hi-Lift points out near the ends, perhaps moving them in closer to the frame and mounting area?
