I'm running a set of Floods from Black Oak. They are 10W Crees putting out 3k each...definitely need to aim mine down. They light up the road like the sun!

Question for the Hi Clearance owners with Tire Gate and Rear Flip Down Table:

Can the tailgate be down along with the flip down table at the same time? Does anyone have any pictures showing this?

Just need to adjust them. I have the Rigid DOT's and they have a very distinct beam cut-off.

a photo would be cool but not necessary. Only if you have time. Just wanted to verify they both can be down. For you know, a grilling command center. Haha

here's a couple of my friends making use of it recently on a camping trip :notsure: Don't really have any daytime photos of it on hand, but the table and the tailgate fit perfectly

When looking for an LED bar, I know 20" fits, but is it a bottom mount or side mount in the bumper?
I am almost 3 weeks since I ordered my hybrid bumper. I am just starting to look for some lights now

Side mounts in the bumper for the center light bar.

Bottom mount for the fog lights.

What did you use to grind the shackle pins down? My shackles came in today and they were too small as well. Kinda stinks... Really don't want to mess with the $200 PC job on the bumper to get them to fit!

Hope I get get the pins shaved down enough to fit, without messing with the bumper.

I just took a smaller step bit and ran it through my Dring holes. I wasn't to worried about the PC on it being Aluminum and all. My Smittybilt Drings now fit and are snug.

Yeah hoping I can shave the pins down instead of drilling the holes out... But that's probably what I'll end up doing.

Just sucks! Wish I would've had the shackles to test fit before the powdercoat... Would've been a lot easier to drill on the bumper before getting it done!

I agree I wish I would of too, I was just too excited to get it done and totally forget. Oh well, at least it won't rust away

I used one of these. worked great!

But in all honesty, that hole is going to get scratched down to the metal in no time just from the shackle bouncing around in it so you shouldn't really worry about the PC staying there  I just keep a small amount of grease in there to keep it from rusting and binding.

To be honest, I used my bench grinder but you could use anything course. The finish on the pin is pretty hard. I wouldn't do it by hand though, use something automated. After I took off enough PC, I rattle canned the pin black again.
