I'm really really stoked on ordering a hybrid front bumper for 2011 MGM TRD OR access cab. Has anyone had any issues with rust, though, even with a powder coat? I live next to the ocean...I know that the hybrid only comes in steel.

A little lift and a little armor
I've had their front bumper on for 4 years now and am just now going to put another coat of paint over the powder coat. I'm mainly doing it to match all the other things on the truck, not cause its ruating. There is just a bit of surface rust right now. This was one of their first bumpers, and I know for a fact their newer powder coating is much better! And I live only a couple miles from the beach. You should be good.

    Awesome. Thanks for the reply!

I have no doubt about the quality of the product ;) Discussion came up during this morning's surf check with another Taco owner who has a steel Fab4? (I think that was the name of it...) and his was rusting so it spiked my curiosity.

Can't wait hit that purchase button haha. Got a big trip overseas coming up that I've been saving for and then it's full gas on all the armor!

Those have fill plates fyi. Speaking of fill plates, do you make the hybrid with fill plates on the sides? @Pelfreybilt

Yeah I noticed that. I wouldn't be getting ones with fill plates

The bolt ons are awesome. Great fit, they just take some time to put on. Totally worth it.

Not quite sure what you mean. The side of the slider is the edge you hit and the inner side would rub the truck most likely if you put fill plates there.

Sorry, kinda put those together. I was saying that those sliders had fill plates. The second part was a question for Pelfreybilt about if they could put fill plates on the ends of the hybrid. Essentially close the open ends with a plate. I think it would look pretty cool. You could dimple die the ends, lots of options.
