Well, Nicks truck will be similar, going sideways on the upper uniballs etc. still sorting out the KPI and scrubs but making progress. Expect similar travel numbers but on a 2wd. Rear links are all done. It's all his work, not mine. We will get in in here soon to get everything burned in once final revisions are made.

thanks for the mention tyler! i actually just walked in after putting a few hours into that red head. fuel cell mount is about complete and should be in this weekend. started notching the last of the tubes for the bed cage then realized i forgot my darn hood in waterjet. should be a progressive weekend under this girl and i should have good news to report back on shortly.

as far as a kit out of PelfreyBilt like that, give me some time and ill have tyler convinced (shhhhh dont tell him im plotting this!). in all seriousness, building a front end is one thing, building a front end that does exactly what you want it to when you want it to and how you want it to, that is what tyler and i are going through now on mine and we can assure all of you it is no easy task. ive been talking with tyler about a few thing i hope to see become reality sooner rather than later that would take Pelfrey to another level that im sure we will be happy to see when we get there. WHEN. NOT IF.

All of what you are putting together is awesome. The thing I see the most is the tiregate. It reconfirms my decision to go back to the rectangular tubing, the round just doesn't cut it, glad it's only on my rig and not on a customers.

 

and that my friend is why I take and make Slomo vids and step ins, it truely makes it easy to see in action dynamics.

 

I can't wait to start seeing LT kits with Pelfreybilt on the LCA's . That would be awesome-sauce.

Hows the idea of a SUA kit?

 

It resonates, has a little bounce in it and wobbles. The rectangular tube ones are much more stable, no vibration at all.

 

Round tubing tends to oscillate with torsional loads.
