We typically quote 6-8 weeks to be on safe side. It's usually about 4 weeks

That should work out perfectly time wise. We would require 50% down and 50% upon completion or at pick up

Live all of my pelfreybilt armor. Lastly the final edition to all of pelfreys gear is a rear stock replacement plate bumper with tow hitch built in. Cant wait for it to be done.

PELFREYBILT front bumper baja prerunner style, sliders with no plates, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd skids, will have light bar and rear bumper. As he designs and develops new products they go on the truck.

KEEP IT UP TYLER, IM BROKE BECAUSE OF YOU!!!!

I wanted to drop a line here about my experience: I hit a deer on June 12th. I called my insurance and went to the auto body shop to get an estimate knowing I wanted a Pelfreybilt bumper to replace the plastic.

About a week later I got my check and PM'd Tyler to send me a deposit invoice for a flat top with fog cutouts. That night it showed up on my email. I immediately put down a deposit and on the invoice it said 4 week lead time. 2 weeks later (July 2) I get another email with a final payment invoice, my bumper was already done! I paid that instantly and was super excited!

Along the time it was being shipped I was hoping to have it in time for a car show in my home town on July 28. I voiced on here that I was getting anxious and Tyler posted he'd make a couple calls to get an ETA for me. The next day I get a PM saying it would be here the Thursday or Friday before the show. Great except I hadn't gotten my paint or anything yet.

Rolled through Thursday and no call from Fastenal. Friday I took off work early and called them. "Oh yeah it's laying here." Drove to pick it up and the guy helped throw it in the bed and off I went. Ended up not getting it done on time for the show, but would have had to rush to get it put on anyhow, and I didn't want to rush it.

So in the next week I got my paint and got that handled and installed it last Saturday in just a couple hours, because I also fixed some other damage from the deer. Fit and finish were perfect! I didn't have to shim the bumper at all and it looks incredible! I freaking love it!

I know this was long winded but I feel it was necessary to type it out and let everyone know how great the customer service was from Tyler. He went out of his way to find things out for me and answer the couple PM's I sent him before I ordered. I will definitely recommend his company and products to anyone who asks!

    Thanks again, Tyler!

Just put my order in for my new 3 hoop plate bumper and iam not gonna go for the powder coating, so what's better bed liner or rubberized undercoating? Unsure what else is to be used, I want to be able to touch up the bumper easily

To kind of go along with this (or not really), can anyone attest to the quality of the powdercoating for Tyler's products? I'm just wondering if it will be worth it for the $150 for my rear bumper instead of just rattlecanning it.

That's what my thought process was. I don't think it will be worth it, especially since I plan on using my truck more once I get it built up right, even if I am a mall crawler now :anonymous:

Rattlecanning on my sliders has definitely been worth it, since I have to touch them up every month or two.

Powdercoaters are hit and miss. I recently changed companies. I was less than impressed with the last vendor. Sometimes it was good, other times thin and inconsistent. The place I have been using recently seems to have it dialed in. They lay it on thick and the quality seems to be there with consistency.

Customers that have good coating resources should go that route however, especially if shipping their products. We package our stuff well but still have scratches etc by the time products meet their final destination.

We do not mark up powdercoating or charge for handling the logistics for having it done so naturally I will be completely honest about the process, I gain nothing by providing the powdercoat for you.

This is great info, totally agree. No coating will last against rocks etc. I like the powdercoat for the topside of everything but nothing holds up on the bottom. I don't even bother touching up, I earned the scars so I wear em proud.

I recently put monstaliner on my flares and sliders. They look great imo. They have handled brush, and the sand blasting of mobbing in the desert, but as said before nothing will handles being drug across rocks. Eventually I will be doing my front and rear bumpers in it too, and then I might be doing the whole truck white with it...

Loving so far though man! btw, where we hunting this year? haha when I came to get the kit, all I wanted to ask were about your ducks and what else you hunt
