Recently at the outdoor trade show here and came across a company www.Wheelestate.ca that allows RV owners to rent their units out, and for customers to find units for rent, insurnace included etc. Got me seriously considering this for secondary $ source.

Anyone have experience with this ? Or experience renting from these types of sites?

Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole! How do you know that someone renting your trailer has ever towed before? I've seen more than a few people backing their trailers into a parking spot using the braille method. Never mind having the vehicle and experience to move it down the highway safely... No, it's not rocket surgery, but I sure as Hades don't want them practicing with my $50,000 unit!!!!

I dont have a 50 k unit. If I could afford one of those I probably wouldn't be looking at renting it out for income. I actually havent bought the unit yet but starting to look at used units now- good time to buy.
