I installed the Philips Xtreme bulbs a few weeks ago and ever since then, oncoming traffic flashes their high beams at me. It doesn't bother me, their high beams don't affect my sight at all, but it is annoying to have them flash their high beams. So are these bulbs really that bright? Anyone else gets high beamed?

Two screws/bolt/things on each headlight. One directly behind the bulb (almost) and the other on the fender side of the headlights. I dont remember which one controls up/down and right/left. A quick google search would help.

It's an 89 Toyota Pickup. I got some stuff done to it.. FJ axles going under it soon.
Aim them up a little more, then add four 9" driving lights converted to 8K HID.

Then come back and report to us what happens. :)
