    I will not be using the phone charging pad on my 2016 TRD OFF ROAD with JBL Premium .
    Was wondering if it was ok to set some thing on it like a had case for my sub glasses.

    Yeah, you can sit whatever you want in there as far as I'm aware. It's just a QI charger underneath the rubber, shouldn't affect anything. I've got my 5th gen iPod sitting there 24/7. The rubber keeps things in place quite well too.
