Well to keep it short let me begin by describing my situation. I ordered the sound shocker 2 not long ago and I was dissapoited with their product. Well I was contacted by Pete, presumably the owner, not too long ago and he was vey apologetic. As a result he sent ne a bunch of free stuff along with the original sound shocker. This product works great and php audio customer service was: second to none. Thanks again Pete and I hope more people will share the satisfaction.
