Maybe get it up on an alignment rack and get some #'s

After I get an alignment done, I usually mark the bolt positions and periodically check bolt torque. Just food for thought.

that's the cheapest diagnostic of the day. i had a failed cam bolt and it took several weeks, 4 shops, and over $2,000 to figure out. so this made me happy.

Weird how the numbers check out but it still pulls? Does the cam being upside down really make a difference if you can get the alignment numbers right and the cam doesn't move.

based on the position of arm from the rear, it looks way off and i see how it can easily affect the geometry of the suspension.
now wonder this thing has been way off.

the cam bolts are upside down but you can still get the numbers in spec with no issue besides it looking wonky and not doing the job "right". The best way to see why it is pulling hard to the left is get an alignment and the actual alignment numbers and post them here. If all the numbers check out then there could be something else at play (dragging brakes, etc.).

Get the alignment with the numbers and report back.

pretty sure my issue was unique and not what's going on here, but because you mention the numbers checking but it drives wrong:

my issue was a stripped LCA cam bolt. the moron who did it was the only one who knew for weeks. i had it on literally 5 different Hunter racks of different generations at 4 separate shops, and one time i scheduled work the day of the rack calibration just to be sure. and it aligned correctly every time, straight on, great numbers.

drive off the rack, see the stress of vehicle weight shifting, and the stripped bolt shifts and allows the LCA to move with it, just at that position, so it reproduces the same pull every time, but it came and went. as soon as the truck sits passive on the rack, it settles into nice numbers.

the pull was so bad i was about to throw in the towel on the thing. pull the wheel out of your hands bad.

Well this took me like 20 minutes to change out.
For now I pretty much just matched up the settings same as the other side. Went for a quick drive..it seems like the pull is gone. Though I'll confirm with some more driving. About 17k with this damn pull.
No one will treat your truck like it's your own..amen.

Edit.. okay just went for a drive that I do every day a lot of straights. This thing is definitely fixed and checked out finally. Woohoo

Well, after multiple, 6 times actually, attempts to "Do what ever it takes to get me straight" at Firestone..
I got a refund. I felt bad about it but ill use that to get it done proper somewhere else. Even though im sure theyd have no issue getting it right now. Bad taste i guess.

I noticed one of my alignment cams is upside down, just like yours. No pulling or anything, but what did you mean when you said you installed these upside down? Are they not able to rotate 360 degrees?
