Got the add-a-leafs done at work tonight, took about 1.5 hours (impact makes all the difference) and looks awesome! Really glad I chose to put it on! I will try to post pics up in the next day or so. Oh, and I got right at 1.75" lift out of it.

The tires I am running look like MTs but I believe are actually considered an all terrain. They are possibly one of the most aggressive looking all terrains. I chose them since the tread pattern looks similar to the very popular KM2 which is actually a rock crawler inspired MT if I am correct. I will try to get some close ups for you in the next day or so.

Sorry man, my "MT" meant mickey thompson, not mud terrain. You're right though, after I saw them in person the other night the ATZ's are some of the most aggressive all terrains around.

Compared to the BFG AT's that I had the MT ATZ tires seem to be a little stiffer and they do sing to you (make a humming sound) when driving on pavement.

Yeah, they do hum a bit, I didn't expect that but it's not too bad.

At what speed are you guys talking about? Is this without the stero on? Would music at an average volume cover it up?

I noticed it most around 30 or 40 on the black pavement roads, I had the radio down to hear anything abnormal but I think half volume or so would hide it. On some concrete roads my stockers actually made a louder high pitched noise than these do.

I think Sandfire said he used 885 with no top spacer. What is your height in front/rear ground to Fender.. I would figure out what you want to do from that measurement first. As far as I can tell, it appears people get different results.

    Just for comparison's sake..see below

These are 886 with the top spacer. I have not done the TSB AAl yet, this week.. this is with the TSB rear end only.

    885's.

SamSter is now sitting at 37.75 in front with 886 coils, top spacer and stock tires (he PM'd me his measurements.) My truck is sitting at 38.75 in front with 885 coils and 285/70/17 tires.

Looks good. Iam still debating whether to save up and do a OME setup or just go with a 5100s all around set at 1.75. How does it ride?

I went with OME because most of the people I asked for advice from suggested it would be the best ride quality lift you could do. And, after installing it, I must say.. it's sweet. I thrashed it by the pond last week, it was wet and muddy.. and there is a lot of ruts out there.. it was Far smoother than the stock setup, and the highway ride is very nice too. You would have to try it to believe it..

I have heard very positive feedback on the 1.75 5100's too.. but have not had the chance to ride around with them. I think the Stock TRD shocks are inferior to any of the choices in front of you now.

From the small amount I've driven it since the lift it is definitely more firm/ truck like than stock but not in a bad way. I have it getting aligned right now so am anxious to take it out and drive it later today!
